Payment
Pay your deposit (or full amount, for smaller items) to secure your slot.

Measurements
No DTD needed. For heads, send your head height and circumference; for shoes, your shoe size; for full suits, we'll send a size list with over ten body measurements to complete.

Production (~10–13 weeks)
We craft your suit and share work-in-progress photos along the way.

Final Payment
Once your suit is finished, settle the remaining balance.

Shipping
We carefully package and ship your suit straight to your door.

What makes a good ref sheet?
Front & back views
Show your character clearly from the front and back — a side view helps too.
Flat colors
Heavy shading or dramatic lighting makes it harder for us to match the fur colors.
Detail close-ups
Horns, wings, claws, paw pads, accessories, gradients or special markings — shown separately.
Neutral pose
A neutral standing pose is better than a dynamic one, so we can see the body markings.
It doesn't need to be fancy — just clear and accurate. The clearer the ref sheet, the better we can recreate your character.
